1. Reservation - The reservation is non-refundable but it is part of the downpayment and is valid for 30 days only. Upon reservation, you will be asked to fill up a Reservation Agreement form. Along with this, a reservation fee of for the unit must be made. Buyer can transfer reservation or payments to another person or unit provided under same developer and same price or price is higher than old unit. All payments made will be duly credited in the new owner/choosen unit. No payment will deduct. Just pay Php3,000.00 as transfer fee. Approval may takes 2 weeks.
2. Monthly Downpayment - If your reservation date is from the 5th-19th day of the month, the downpayment is due every 20th of the month. If the reservation date is from the 20th to the end of the month, downpayment is due on the 5th of every month.

3. Monthly Amortization - the first monthly amortization will start after you have fully paid the downpayment.
4. Turn Over For Pre-selling unit – The turn over of the unit is after 15-18 months upon reservation. For SPOT CASH BUYERS/FULL PAYMENT of downpayment- house completion/turnover will still abide by Developer's house completion schedule as shown in the Inventory Sheet.
5. House Construction - Construction of the house will start during the payment of equity. By the time Buyer finish paying downpayment, house will be almost finish and ready for turn-over in one to three months.
